Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Mary Clara and Bill Willett, her husband Herbert Allen, sons Michael Andrew ‘Andy’ Miles, Joseph William ‘Joe Bill’ Miles, grandchildren Missy Pike Conley, Amy Pike Kennedy, and Angel Miles, and great-grand son Dakota Lancour.
Margaret worked at the Powder Plant and General Electric. She loved spending time with her family, going to the beach, gardening, and sweeping.
Margaret is survived by her children, Nina Pike (David), Patricia Purvis (Mike), Bonnie Craig (Mike), Terry Miles (Becky) and grandchildren Joy, Heather, Charlie, Chad, Drew, Logan, Joe, Jeremy, and Kirk, 23 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for Margaret will be held Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. An entombment will occur Monday, August 5, 2024 at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum, Louisville, KY.
