She had a kind and gentle spirit, a great sense of humor, and loved to cut-up. She loved to knit, take walks, and had a wonderfully adventurous spirit. She was sensitive to the feelings of others and was always putting their needs before her own. She had simple tastes, but seemed to understand things on a deeper level. Her greatest joy was the love of her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Leslie Williams; three sons, Mike, Ron, and Rick; two daughters-in-law, Christel and Judy; two grandsons, Ryan and Austin; one great grandson, Alex; a sister and brother-in-law, Maggie and Ernie Bourne; two sisters-in-law, Catherine Whitlock and Louie Hambrick; as well as nieces and nephews.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, at Arch L. Heady- Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is on Sunday from 2-6.
