She was a member of South Jefferson Baptist Church.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Golden Edward Blevins, and grandson, Joel Edward Blevins.
She is survived by two sons, Charles E. Blevins (JoAnn) and Roger D. Blevins (Cynthia); daughters Glenda K. Sumner and Christine R. Hoskins (Frank); a sister, Helen Parnell (Stanley); a brother, Robert Cain; 5 grandchildren, Tracie, Jeremy, Joshua, Heather, and Holly; and 6 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Kasie, Ashley, Katie, Karlie Joelle, and Presley.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 Wednesday.
