Linda Lou Gaffney Williams, 76, of Louisville passed away May 23, 2015 at her home. She was born on January 25, 1939 in Beaver Dam, Kentucky to the late Eldon and Gertrude Keeton. She was a member of Jeffersontown Christian Church and she retired from Jewish Hospital as unit secretary with 40 years of service. She loved traveling and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husbands, Steve Gaffney and James Williams; a brother, Hal Keeton; and a sister, Anna Cornette.
She is survived by her son, Steve Gaffney (Claire); two granddaughters, Katie Escudero (Rico) and Stephanie Gaffney; and a sister, Georgenia Jarrell (Eddie). The family would like to thank her faithful and loving caregivers, Faith, Dawn and Brianna, the staff at CBC, and Dr. Charles Webb for their care and compassion.
A celebration of her life will be conducted on Thursday May 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-7 on Wednesday at the funeral home.
