Lillie Mae Sharp

Lillie Mae was born on June 21, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Charles Rhudy, Sr. and Gladys Pearl Crisp. She is also preceded in death by her son, Kevin Sharp; grandson, Anthony Cox; son-in-law, Randall Cox and her siblings, Barbara Spencer, Ricky Rhudy and Russell Crisp.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 64 years, Lincoln A. Sharp; children, Terri Cox, Connie Strickland (Stephen) and Christopher L. Sharp (Cynthia Kay); daughter-in-law, Teresa Sharp; siblings, Charles Rhudy, Ronald Rhudy and Pat Beldon; grandchildren, Stacey Spencer (Ricky), Andrea Cox, Ashley Benningfield (Ben), Cameron Strickland (Elizabeth), Devon Marie Moore (Jereme), Stephanie Sims and Derek Sharp; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Lillie Mae loved her family, most of all she adored and admired every minute with all her grandchildren, they were her life. Lillie Mae will be truly missed by all who loved her.

A visitation for Lillie Mae will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40213. A service to honor the life of Lillie Mae will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Lillie Mae will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
