Lelia Christine Jacob, 61, of Louisville, passed away February 3, 2017. She was a member of Penile Baptist Church and enjoyed upholstery, the outdoors, and fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Phillip Jacob Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Ford(BamBam); grandchildren, Jacob, Alison, Kaci, and Jacen; her best friend/sister, Shirley Lukemire; sister, Jeanette Jeffries; and brothers, Donnie Butler and William Butler. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of American Kidney Center. Funeral service will be 2pm Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Tuesday. Memorial donations can be made to On Fire Christian Center.
