Lee Von Elmore

Mr. Elmore was a retired switchman for the K & I Railroad Terminal and the Norfolk Southern Railroad with over 30 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Selva and Anna (Haynes) Elmore; and siblings Brenda Isaacs and Randall Elmore.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 44 years, Gilda (Frame) Elmore; daughter, Holly Ann Henderson (Scott); and grandchildren, Jackie Peters and Michael and Melissa Henderson; brother, Robert Elmore (Monica); and many other family members and friends who loved him.

A Celebration of Life service will be held noon Wednesday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home The family would like to request that memorial donations in Lee's name be directed to Hosparus of Louisville.
