Hurst, Larry K., 77, passed away Friday July 7, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his grandson Josh Carta and mother Opal Householder.
Larry leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 58 years Leona Hurst, children Kelly Carta (Darryl) and Keith Hurst (Kathy), grandchildren Shaun Carta (Nina), Ashley Hurst (Christy Ryan) and Lauren Hurst and great grandchildren Braxton Cox and Rowyn Carta. He is also survived by his siblings Norma Herrell, Jimmy Hurst, Jerry Hurst and Darlene Kennedy.
A visitation will be held Tuesday from 11am-3pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road with a graveside service to follow at 3pm in Resthaven Memorial Park.
