Kerry Eugene Sneed, 64, passed away Saturday, March 2nd, 2024. He was born to Barbara Brooks Sneed and the late L.C. Sneed. He enjoyed UK basketball, NASCAR, hunting and fishing. His true passion was cooking – being called a “Grill Master”. Everyone who knew him loved him as Da-daw Dolittle.
He was preceded in death by his father, L.C. Sneed; Grandson, Issac; and siblings, Mike Sneed and Sharon Sneed.
Left to cherish Kerry’s memory is his mom, Barbara Sneed; loving wife of 31 years, Shelley Sneed; children, Sarah Kitchen (Alex), Hannah Davis, Anthony Sneed (Shelby), Emma Sneed (Nick); grandchildren, Isaiah, Karma, Kingston, Karly, Savannah, Ameer; brother, Henry Sneed; father-in-law, Joseph Froman; brother-in-law, Jimmy Clark (Carolyn); sister-in-law, Becky Austin; nieces and nephews, Joseph, James (Nikki), Jacob, Leah, Sean, Brandon, Heaven; and many extended family and dear friends..
Visitation for Kerry is Friday, March 8, 2024 at Arch L Heady Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. 40219, from 12pm until 7pm and Saturday from 9am until the time of the funeral service at 12pm. Cremation will follow.
Memorial donations in Kerry’s honor should be directed to the Kentucky Humane Society.
