He was preceded in death by his father: Michael Lee Recktenwald; brothers: Stephen Recktenwald, Gregory Recktenwald, & Eric Recktenwald; grandparents: Charles & Josephine Borntraeger, Edmund & Helen Recktenwald.
He is survived by his mother: June Recktenwald; sisters: Kathleen Recktenwald & Theresa Sherman (Kevin); brother: Donald Recktenwald (Dana); nieces: Brianna Garner, Brittany Recktenwald, Kayli Sherman, & Shelby Sherman; nephews: Stephen Recktenwald, Matthew Recktenwald, & Dylan Sherman; and his little buddy, Linus.
A funeral mass for Kenneth will be held Tuesday, November 28th 2017 10am at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Monday, November 27th, 2017 from 1-8pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy.
