Mr. Bailey had retired from Olin Chemical as a chemical operator. He was a member of the South Jefferson Baptist Church, a member of Miles Lodge #341 for more than 50 Years and had served as Past Master. He was a US Navy veteran.
Mr. Bailey was preceded in rest by his wife, Minnie.
He is survived by his daughters, Devona Egan (Bill) and Tamara Holleman (Rick); four grandchildren, Conner Egan, Bailey Egan, Chase Holleman (Chasidy) and Chelsea Holleman; two great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Kendall and Annabelle Holleman; and a brother, Marion "Bud" Bailey.
Due to COVID-19 restriction, his service will be private.
