Judy L. Sauer

Judy attended Barrett High School and went on to obtain an associates degree in nursing. She spent the last 12 years of her professional career as an LPN.

She enjoyed motorcycle rides, relaxing on the boat, and visiting every beach in the state of Florida. She was a wonderful cook who loved spending time with her family. She will be so greatly missed.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Carl E. Sauer, Sr; children, Thomas Sauer, Sr. (Desiree), Kevin Sauer (Janet); grandchildren, Kathryn “Brooke”, Brandy Nichole “Nicky”, Thomas Jr. "T.J." , Michael Corey, Justin, Lori, Carl III "Iggy", and Curtis; and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in passing by her parents; son, Carl Sauer, Jr.; grandchildren, Jessica Lynn and Greg Sauer.

Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-7 PM on Sunday, August 13th at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Monday, August 14th at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
