Judy was born on December 22, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late James and Donna Haire.
She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Bailey and Sandy Hobbs; brothers, Danny Haire and Perry Haire; and her loving companion, Art Humphries.
Left to cherish Judy's memory are her two sons, Edward Rogers (Annette), and Vincent Rogers (Cora); grandchildren, Kevin Diaz (Jeisy), Sierra Foley, Ryan Rogers, Jacob Frye and Lucas Rogers.
A celebration of Judy's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Bloomfield Methodist Church (126 Taylorsville Road, Bloomfield, Kentucky, 40008).
