He was employed by Pepsi.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Williams, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Williams; his daughters, Cheryl Phillips, Crystal Ray; son, Robert Ray; his mother, Beverly Williams; five grandchildren; a sister, Sharon Harkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
His funeral service will be held at noon CDT Wednesday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. EDT Monday and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. EDT Tuesday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary, with burial in Fudge Cemetery, Breeding, KY.
