passed away on January 22, 2011 at his residence.
He was a retired reset merchandiser for Pepsi Cola for 42 years and a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Martha; and his brother, Sam.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Beverly Williams; his loving children, Sharon Chandler and Joe Williams Jr. (Debbie); grandchildren, Daniel, Whitney, Cheryl, Crystal and Robert; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Williams will be held noon Thursday at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home Inc., 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY 42728 with interment at the Fudge Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-8 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home Inc.
