Joseph Bernard Harman, 77, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015. He was born May 29, 1938 to the late Eleanor and Joseph G. Harman. Joe retired from Celanese Chemical Plant and was a member of St. Bernard Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Christopher Wayne Harman.
Joe is survived by his wife of 57 years, Bridget Harman, children, Laura Smith, Scott Harman, Shannon Walker, Todd Harman and Melissa Allen, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren with two on the way, a sister, Lois Murphy and a brother, Louie Harman.
A Funeral Mass will be conducted Friday, August 7, 2015 at 10:00am at St. Bernard Church with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road.
