Willoughby, John A. Sr., 69 passed away July 7, 2012. He retired after 21 years of service from the City of Louisville. John is survived by his wife of 49 years Mary Willoughby, children Anna Robinson, Therese Willoughby and John Allen Willoughby Jr., seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, nine sisters and two brothers. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and close friends. A service honoring the life of John will be held Tuesday at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
