John G King 67, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday July 28, 2021 at University of Louisville Hospital, with his family by his side.
John was a butcher by trade working last for Mikes Best Meats.
He was met at the gates of heaven by his brother Billy and sister Jackie. John has left behind to cherish his memory his wife of 45 1\2 years of marriage Karen, his daughter Gena Russell (Robin), his siblings; Joe King, Delores, Patsy, Sherry, and Laura also several loving nieces and nephews, and his grandcat Charlie.
John’s funeral will be Tuesday August 3, 2021 at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Bethany cemetery. Visitation will be Monday August 2, 2021 from 4 until 8 at Advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy. Condolences for the king family may be left at www.advantagefunerals.com.
