Jodana Lamonne Rogers

Jodana, affectionately known as Jodie, passed away peacefully on February 22nd, 2024, at the age of 60. Born to Fred and Patsy Rogers, she embodied a spirit of adventure and boundless love throughout her life.

Though predeceased by her beloved son, Chad, Jodie's spirit remained unwavering. She is survived by her daughter, Brandie Pierani, and embraced her role as a grandmother to Jordan, Destiny, and Braylin with open arms. Her sisters, Davena Vowels (Brian), Aprill Shelburne, Wendi McGohon, Carey Siegler (Larry), and brother, Charles Rogers Jr. (Corinne), along with her life partner of 30 years, Juan Nunez, and countless nieces and nephews, mourn her loss deeply. Jodie's life was a tapestry woven with laughter, love, and adventure. Her absence leaves a void, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Jodie's generosity knew no bounds and she was fiercely loyal to her family. She would give the shirt off her back, even if it meant going without herself. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless memories that will forever warm our hearts.

A true dog whisperer, Jodie's heart belonged to her furry companions. From leisurely walks to daring hikes, she embraced every opportunity to explore alongside her fur babies. Her infectious enthusiasm for life extended to a multitude of hobbies, from digging in her garden to painting. Jodie was never one to shy away from a new experience, always eager to learn and grow.

A private celebration of life will be held later.
