She was a member of Park United Methodist Church in Lexington and the Kiwanis. Jo Ann was a wonderful grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rayburn Maggard.
Survivors include her two sons, Charles Maggard (Mary Donna) and Jeff Maggard (Rose); 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Watkins United Methodist Church, 9800 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40241. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
