Jerry F. Cook, Sr., 67, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018.
Jerry was a retired bus driver for JCPS and he attended Valley View Church.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Katherine Houghton Cook; children, Tammy Cook, Pamela Johnson, and Jerry Cook, Jr.; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2-8 pm Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by cremation.
