JENNIE R. CRUMP, 85, of Louisville passed away Saturday November 16, 2012 at Friendship Manor Nursing Home, Pewee Valley, KY. Jennie was born in Brownsville, KY to the late Pate and Vera (Lindsey) Cooke. Jennie married Carlos Edward Crump, who preceded her in death on March 29, 2003. She retired from Louisville Gas and electric Company and was a faithful member at Larchmont Church of God. Jennie was also preceded in death by her son, Mike Crump; sister, Kathleen (Ted) Blanton; brothers, Robert, Everett (Shelley), Elmer, and Bennett. She is survived by her children, Phil (Becky), Doug (Trish), and Greg (Elaine); step-children, Ron (Marlene) and Annetta (Eddie) Farmer; many grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends who loved her. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Larchmont Church of God, 3134 Taylor Blvd. with Pastor Mark Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Memorial contributions may be made to Larchmont Church of God.
