RCS Hauling employed Jeff where he worked for many years. He was also a devoted Teamster and avid outdoorsmen.
His brother Tony Thompson preceded Jeff in death.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of thirty-nine years, Renee Thompson, daughters, Andrea Hogue(Matthew) and Dana Hollified(Tim), grandchildren, Sophia and Alaina Hogue and Timmy and Nolan Hollifield, brothers, Stephen Thompson(Melanie), Roger Thompson(Joanie), and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held Friday, June 26, 2020 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky 40219 with burial to follow at Thompson-Copper-Smith family Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-8pm and Friday from 9am until the time of the service. In order to adhere to public health requirements, family members and friends are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times during the services.
