Jeffrey Lee Logsdon, 61, was born on May 19, 1962 in Louisville to the late George and Judith (Peak) Logsdon, and passed away on Sunday May 5, 2024. Jeff was a concrete mason, loved horse racing and the KY Derby; and was a dog lover, had strong political beliefs and was extremely witty,a jokester, a musician songwriter, boxer, and most of all a prayer warrior and a lover of Jesus Christ, In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his son, Brandon Land; a sister, Sheri Felts; and a nephew, Kevin Logsdon. Left to cherish his memory are his wife & caregiver, Sandra Bushnell, sisters, Amanda Patton (Billy) and Susan Logsdon; a niece Shelly Campbell (William) and a host of great nieces, nephews he considered his grandchildren; and extended family and friends. Funeral services for Jeff will be held at 4 pm on Friday May 10, 2024 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 1 pm to the time of service at 4. A special thanks to the loving care from Norton Audubon Hospital, Palliative Care and Hosparus.
