Our beloved Jay Cody Johnson was called home by our Lord on September 12, 2023, after battling his long hard fight with cancer.
Jay is preceded in death by his step-father, Doug; aunt, Cindy and his grandmother, Grandma DeWalt.
Jay was a gentle, genuine and warm hearted soul. He would brighten a room with his charming smile. Through Jay's hard and long battle with cancer, as he continued fighting, he still had a loving and positive outlook on life, by always lending a helping hand to those in need. Jay will forever be loved and dearly missed by all who adored him.
Left to cherish Jay's memory is his mother, Patricia; aunt, Donna and a host of loving cousins and friends.
A celebration of Jay's life will be held at a later date.
