Janet Marcelle Collini Wuest

Janet Marcelle Collini Wuest, age 70, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. She loved God and believed in God's grace through Jesus Christ. Janet was very into fashion - everything had a pop of color! She was a great cook, baker, and seamstress. She had an excellent work ethic and instilled that into her four wonderful children. Her absolute favorite thing to do was spending time with her grandchildren.

Janet was preceded in death by her mother, Marcelle Collini; ex-husband, Dan R. Gibson; and brother-in-law, Carey Smith.

Left to cherish her memory is her father, Donald Collini (Donna); children, Lee Michael Hester, Roderick Davis Jr, (Amie), Heather Danielle Gibson, Amanda Marcelle Gibson; grandchildren, Torin Nikole Gelner, Gunner Davis, Denton Davis, Dani Gibson; siblings, Donnie Collini (Debbie), Susan Smith, Matthew Collini; several nieces, nephews, loving friends; and her fur baby, Romeo.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 11:00am to 1:30pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, 40219. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:30 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Penn Run Cemetery, 8405 Pennsylvania Run Rd, 40228.
