SCOTT, JAMIE S., 42, of Louisville, died on Monday, December 13, 2010.
She was a former employee of White Castle.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Katlyn Glasscock Hernandez; grandparents, Viola and Harvey Basham; and grandmother, Nancy Grubbs.
Jamie's survivors include her father, James Scott (Thelma); mother, Connie Elmore; daughter, Connie Scott; son, Richard Hernandez; brothers, Jason Via (Annetta), Ronald Scott (Sharon), Michael Scott (Rachel); and lots of nieces and nephews.
Her service will be on Friday at noon at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service, with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1
