James "Jim" Neff Jr.

James “Jim” Neff Jr., 74, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019. Jim proudly served his country in Vietnam, in the United States Army. He was Mason past Master Compass 223, retired from GE and was an avid U.K. fan.

His wife Rhonda Kay Neff preceded Jim in death.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tina Neff Duke, Marquita Willis(Paul), grandchildren, Taylor Parmly(Blake), Brittany Duke, Evan Smith, Patrick Willis, Chelsea Willis, Shelby Willis, great grandchildren, Ariea, Hunter, Warren, Coleman, Cora, Piper, Hendrix, sister, Betsy Johns and a host of many other family members and friends.

A celebration of life to celebrate Jim’s life will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky 40219 with burial to follow at Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Vine Grove, Kentucky. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
