Eisenback, James Henry, 87, of Louisville, went to be with the Lord on July 22, 2011. He is now walking with God and singing with the Angels. James is a WWII veteran, graduated from Columbia Bible College, and retired from Naval Ordnance. He was a volunteer Chaplain at Kentucky State Reformatory for 57 years and was a member of First Alliance Church.
James is survived by his wife of 54 years, Juanita Eisenback; 8 children, Margie Cosby (Don), Daniel Eisenback (Rosemarie), Sarah Booher (Jimmie), Joanna Eisenback, Calvin Eisenback (Angela), James Eisenback (Kim), John Eisenback, and Joy Knight (Graham); brother, Sam Eisenback (Lillian); 16 granchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral service at 10am on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at First Alliance Church, 3726 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation for the public will be from 2-8pm on Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway.
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints and James will be miss greatly, but we will see him again soon.
