J. LORNE "PREACHER", CLARK 80, of Louisville, passed away Monday February 25, 2013. He was a retired machine operator with the old H. J. Sheirichs. He was also a small engine repair technician and a retired minister. He was an active member of the Unity Missionary Baptist Church, a member of the U.S.B.C. past member of the P.B.A., a member of the G.L.B.A., Ken Bowl Friday Niters and the Saturday Pot Luck, Ken Bowl was his second home. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Katheryn Whitlock and son, Danny Layton Clark. He is survived by his wife, Marie Clark; children, Rita Shawn Cox (Bill), James L. Buster Clark (Betty), Donald Eugene Clark (Sylvia) and Kimberly Renee' Robertson (Joe); stepdaughters, Paula Coleman Emmett, Kathy Wise Glasgow Coleman and Nancy Coleman Watkins (Larry); sister, Sandra McKinney; 23 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate Mr. Clark's life will be held noon Friday at Unity Missionary Baptist Church, 11512 Andalee Dr., with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
