James Robert Brown, 74, of Louisville, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. He loved to cook and spend time with family. He was a member of Shawnee Christian Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Helen Brown; brother, Jerry F. Brown.

Left to cherish his memory is his Loving wife of 30 years, Cathleen Brown; his children, Chris (Sharon) Brown, Joe (Carollyn) Brown, Nicole (David) Rodriguez, Lindsey (Russ) Worsley, and Taylor Brown; grandchildren, Max, AJ, Clay, Alex, Zane, Ethan, Audrey, Erwin, and Lucy; siblings, Bill (Paula) Brown, Pat (Linda) Brown, Mike (Brenda) Brown; and his jack Russell of 16 years, Scooby.

Memorial Donations in James’s name can be made to Hosparus or Kosair Charities.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:00am in Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel. The Visitation will be held on Friday from 3pm-8pm at the funeral home.
