James"Jim" Baber Jr., 81, of Louisville, passed away August 30, 2017. He had worked for Jefferson County Public Schools, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and retiring as assistant pupil personnel director. He was also an Army veteran, former master of Harry R. Kendall Masonic Lodge #750, a Shriner, and an ordained minister. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Betty; daughter, Treva Werner(Sean Franklin); and granddaughter, Madi Werner. He also leaves behind his four-legged babies, Skylar and Buford; and his little brown buddy, Odie. Funeral service will be 10am Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Tuesday.
