James C. Allen, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024, at his home.
James was a graduate of Louisville Male High School, and a US Army E4 Military Police Veteran serving in the Vietnam war.
James was met at the gates of heaven by his parents, Herbert and Alta Allen; and his sister Janice Bagshaw.
Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Gary Allen (Stacy), sister Joyce Allen; nieces, Stacey Ray, Cherie Bagshaw, Donda Flores, and Mandi Bagshaw.
Visitation for James will be on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 12pm - 2pm at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272. Funeral will be at 2pm with a burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
