He was a Lather by profession and was a member of the Chicago Local 74-L.
He was a strong Christian by faith and shared his love for the Lord with anyone he met.
Bob was the most generous and genuine person you would ever find. He truly believed in the good in people. He was good for a laugh and was a helping hand to many in need.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years; Barbara, his adoring; daughter Mary, and one son, Richard.
Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracee, his son, Robert, his father, Edward McGrane, a stepfather Robert Gray, and his mother, Juanita Gray.
In Bob’s own words left for his loved ones;” Please trust in Jesus, so that we can all meet in heaven someday. You are saved by TRUSTING in the FINISHED work of Jesus Christ on Calvary’s cross in your place. No religious works of ANY kind are needed to help Jesus save you, we all are saved by God’s GRACE alone. ”
Prior to his death, Bob chose cremation.
