Helen R. Mitchell, 74, entered into everlasting rest on Tuesday October 10, 2023. She was a retired Bookkeeper with M & M Interiors. Helen was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her Husband of 52 years, Darrell Mitchell; Sons, Mark Mitchell (Becky), Adam Mitchell (Jennifer); Daughter, Monica Thomas (Byron); Grandchildren, Isaac (Mallory), Rachel (Adam), Seth, Samuel, Lindsey, Leah, Brennan, Naomi, Mason, Caleb, Connor; and several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 am at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church, 4900 Cedar Grove Road, with Entombment following in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 3 – 8pm at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel and at the church on Tuesday after 10am until time of service. In Lieu of flowers, Donations can be made to Cedar Grove Christian Academy, Shepherdsville Ky.
