Hazel Marie Pittman, 95, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Hazel was born on March 18, 1927 in Columbia, Kentucky to the late Pete Hatcher and Nora Karnes Hatcher. Hazel is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Adolphus Pittman, Jr.
Left to cherish Hazel's memory is her son, Donald Lee Pittman (Kari) and two grandsons, Eric Pittman and Josh Pittman (Courtney).
A visitation for Hazel will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40213, with a service to honor the life of Hazel to follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Hazel will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
