Harold Stanley Priddy

Priddy, Harold Stanley, 73, passed away February 9, 2019. He was an Army Veteran, earned a degree from Kentucky College of Technology and retired from the City of Louisville after 17 years. Harold was a member of the Masonic Highland Park Lodge #865 and a former member of the Fresh Cut Grass Bluegrass Band. He enjoyed working in his woodshop building his own musical instruments.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, James Pence and Nellie Pearl Priddy; sisters, Dorothy Sydnor and Catherine Priddy; and brothers, Glenn Priddy and Delbert Priddy.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 48 years, Helen L. Priddy; children, Lloyd Priddy (Rebecca), Stephanie Holt (William), and Nicholas Priddy; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and sister, Betty Tackett (Sonny).

The funeral service will be held Friday, February 15, 2019 at 11 am at Hiawatha Missionary Baptist Church, 1224 Becker Ave., with entombment at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 pm-8 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
