Wayne also is preceded in death by his nephew, Joshua Creighton.

Left to cherish Wayne's memory is his loving companion of 33 years, Tracy Creighton; daughters, Ashley Creighton (Clay Stanley), Danielle Creighton and Christine Keisker; grandson, Noah Sullivan; granddaughter, Isabelle Stanley; siblings, Debra Myrick (Darrell), Patricia Beck, Tammy Coomes (Paul), Chris Creighton (Vicki), David Warren and many loving nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Harold will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Evangel World Prayer Center, 6900 Billtown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40299, followed by a Celebration of Wayne's life to follow at 1 p.m. Wayne will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
