Goldie retired from JCPS where she was a Teaching Assistant. During her career, she worked at Wilt Elementary and Laukhuf Elementary.
Her husband of 60 years, Richard D. Logsdon preceded Goldie in death.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Susan Price (Gary) and Kenneth Logsdon (Trena); grandchildren, Sarah Price-Rigney (Lance), Christopher Price (Delia), Lauren Price, Bradley Price, and Richard Logsdon; six great grandchildren; and sister, Romona Johnson (Carl Robert).
Visitation will be Monday, December 27, 2021 from 2-8pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky 40219. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
