Alfreda F. Peters, 82, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 17, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Mamie Buckingham.
Freda is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bruce Peters; daughter, Sandra Smith (Walter); grandson, Chad Smith; sister, Evelyn Roe; and brother, Harold Buckingham (Ginny)
There will be a funeral service at 2pm on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
