Freda Joanna Christian, 80, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018.
She attended South Louisville Christian Church. Her work life included Dizzy Whiz, Printing House for the Blind, and owner of The Hillside Inn.
Freda was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Christian. Survivors include her children, Weldon Christian, Nancy Wallace, Judy Embry, and Rachel Henthorn; daughter-in-law Rita Christian; siblings Wanda Sue Scherzinger and Linda Hill; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 10 am Saturday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd, followed by burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Friday.
