Franklin D. Payne Sr., 84, entered into rest on Monday August 29, 2022. He was preceded in death by his Sons, Franklin D. Payne Jr. and Jeffrey Martin Payne; Grandson, Kevin Michael Goldsmith. He is survived by his Daughter, Cindy Bailey and his Son, Michael Payne; Sister, Ann Kennedy. His Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10am at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is on Thursday from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
