Frank was born in Russell County, Kentucky on July 14, 1932 and passed from this life on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the age of 88. Frank was born to the late Oscar and Mamie Toler. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Irene Toler, stepmother Dorothy Toler, as well as a brother Eugene Toler.
Frank is survived by his sons Joseph (Jackie), Bill (Kay), and James. He also has a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A brother Stanley Toler and a sister Deloris Pemberton also are left to remember him.
Frank served a short time in the United States Air Force overseas and after his return he married Irene and raised a family in Louisville, KY. He loved repairing watches and clocks as a hobby. A skill passed down to him from his father and both were very accomplished at it. He was a long time member of Forest View United Baptist Church and enjoyed singing. Frank will be sorely missed by all that knew him. Services will be private.
