Mr. Moseley was born December 28, 1942, to the late Herbert and Louise Moseley.
Frank was a former Boy Scout Leader.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Eileen Moseley; children, Travis Moseley (Jenny), Stephanie Clifford (Christopher), Angela Schoen, and Robert Smith (Theresa); siblings, Rosetta Baker, Pam Dickey, Paul Moseley (Sharon) and Victor Moseley (Cathy); grandson, Michael Clifford and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, 2:00 pm, at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 11:00 am Saturday until the time of the service.
