She was preceded in death by her son, Lonnie Ragan Jr.; her daughter, Judy Fraley; her husband, Lonnie Ragan, Sr.; and her twelve siblings. She is survived by grandsons, Tom Ragan of Louisville, and Mark Moughey of Hampton, VA; daughter-in-law, Gloria Ragan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at The Christian Health Center for all of the care and compassion provided to Frances prior to her passing.
Cremation was chosen and a private memorial will be held by the family.
