Mrs. Florence Helen McGill, 99, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013. She was born Nov. 7, 1913, in Atlanta, GA. to the late; Robert Fleming and Florence Lumpp Cobb. She was the widow of, Thomas M. McGill. She was a former member of Preston Highway United Methodist Church, where she ministered to children in the nursery. She later attended Watkins Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children; Pat Olthuis, Sue Macintosh (Joe), Judy Rennirt ( Kenny), Robbye Shulhafer (John), and Tommy L. McGill. Her 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday at Arch L. Heady at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. with visitation Saturday, 2-6 pm.
