She is survived by her children Dennis Ballard (Sherry), Don Ballard (Lauren), Dave Ballard (Carol) and Diane Lozowski (Mike); eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A service honoring the life of Florence will be Friday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until funeral time.
