Roe, Evelyn Frances,84, of Louisville, entered into rest on December 11, 2014. She was a loving wife and mother to her husband and six children.
Mrs. Roe was preceded in rest by her husband, M. Russel Roe, and a sister, Freda Peters.
Mrs. Roe is survived by two sons, David Roe (Paula) and Thomas Roe; four daughters, Angela Lantz (Jim), Sharon Bowen (Pete), Carolyn Wise (David) and Donna Roe; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold Buckingham (Ginny), and a former daughter-in-law, Pam Roe.
Her funeral service will be on Monday at 10 a.m. at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway, with interment following in Freedom Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, KY. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-8 p.m.
