Evelyn Sue Pitt, 87, of Mt. Washington, KY passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 with her family by her side. She was born in Paducah, KY to the late Jefferson and Bessie Nieman. Sue was a member of South Louisville Seventh Day Adventist Church and retired from Rhodes Department store where she was a men’s clothing sales associate. She was preceded in death by her husband William “Nat” Pitt. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Steve Pitt(Adrian), Lynne Davenport(David), Nancy Putt(Dewey), Natalie Sharp(Terry), Susie Chapman(Kurt), David Pitt(Mary Ann), twelve grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, seventeen great great grandchildren, sister; Ruth Woods(Jim) two nephews and a host of many other family members and friends. A celebration of life service will be held Monday, November 14, 2016 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son FH, 8519 Preston Hwy.
