Evelyn Phillippe, 89, entered into rest on Sunday July 5, 2020. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Ray Phillippe; She is survived by her Daughter, Ramona Jasmine Graves; Her grandson, Jeremy Webb and a great grandson, Colton Webb.
